Hari Dhakal was born and raised in the Dhading district of Nepal, near the stunning mountain, Ganesh Himal. Growing up in this beautiful region inspired his passion for travel and adventure.

With an enthusiasm for customer care, he has worked in the tourism industry for over a decade, starting as a porter and later becoming a sought-after guide and adventure leader. He prides himself in his years of experience planning trips, leading teams, and providing excellent service to travellers. He is an incredibly honest and caring person and guide and we are so lucky to have him uphold these qualities as one of the founders of Himalayan Peace Treks.

Hari has explored all of the major destinations in Nepal and gained a deep understanding and appreciation of the country’s natural beauty, unique cultures, and various trekking routes. As a travel expert in the Himalayas of Nepal he is keen to share his knowledge and make your trip meaningful, safe, and bursting with lifelong memories.
