Ganesh grew up in a small farming village surrounded by the mountains of the Manaslu region. He has a deep love for nature and being active, so trekking is a natural passion for him. His kindness and generosity as a person seep into everything he does, including his work. As a guide, he is attentive and understanding of guests’ needs. He is always happy to work with the guests on-route to establish the best plan for everyone.

Ganesh has safely taken countless guests all across Nepal from famous routes to hidden gems. He is an incredibly patient and supportive guide that prioritizes guest experience and safety above all else. Trekkers can be at ease as they embark on their mountain adventure, knowing that they are in excellent hands.

Ganesh is one of the founders of Himalayan Peace Treks along with his wife, Chris, whom he met while doing what they love, trekking! Ganesh has been donating to various charitable efforts in his home village since he first became a guide. His generosity and honesty are at the root of everything Himalayan Peace Treks stands for.
