How to Book Your Trek or Tour

First, we will be in close communication about your travel and trekking plans. You can contact us via email, WhatsApp, or through our website. Once we have agreed upon your itinerary and what is included, then you are officially booked after sending us a deposit of 15% of your total trek or tour cost. This deposit is non-refundable and will be considered your cancellation fee if, for whatever unforeseen reason, you do not come for your trek. The remainder of your trek fees can be paid in cash once you arrive in Kathmandu and before you start your trek.

If you are already in Nepal or inquiring about a last-minute booking, then we might be able to waive the deposit and you can pay in full.

How To Pay

Step 1: Pay 15% Deposit In Advance

Your 15% deposit can be paid in advance online. You can pay via:

- 2) Or go to our Online Payment system and fil in a custom amount
- Accepted credit cards include Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover and an additional 3.75% bank charge applies
International Transfer Site
- You can use an external site such as Wise
- Any fees associated with the payment are your responsibility
International Bank Transfer
- You can do this through your bank
- We have had guests run into issues with this method in the past so we recommend discussing with your bank first
- Any fees associated with the payment are your responsibility

Step 2: Pay Remainder Upon Arrival

As Nepal is widely a cash country, you can pay in cash for the reminder of your trip package (85%) once you have arrived. We accept all major currencies. Let us know if cash is not an option.

All prices are listed in USD.

If there are any huge shifts in the exchange rates, then the trek cost might need to be adjusted to represent the local cost of trekking.
